Coach Rice get extra prep time for the Lobos

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - The Boise State Broncos have just one game this week, but it's a big one against the ranked New Mexico Lobos. With that daunting task ahead, Leon Rice doesn't mind a little extra prep time.

"It'll help us get our legs back, our emotions back, because you know we're gonna have to play an A+ game down in New Mexico, everybody knows that. It's one of the toughest places to play in the country, they've got great players ... there's a lot you have to overcome.

"And the lesson that we've learned playing at Michigan State, and at Creighton, and at Colorado State, all these tough places we've had to play, everything has to come together for that game," said Rice.

Boise State and New Mexico play at the Pit Saturday at 7pm (MTN). You can watch the game live on Root Sports.
